8 Minutes provides AI-powered receptionist software designed to help medical practices manage patient calls, appointments, and enquiries. Our platform is a software tool and does not constitute healthcare provision.

Important: 8 Minutes is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our software is designed to assist medical practices with administrative tasks only.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure appropriate training of staff who will use the platform
• Maintain appropriate backup systems for critical patient data

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in accordance with your chosen plan. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in service suspension.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with access to export your data for a period of 30 days. After this period, your data will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
